This feature is for New York dispensaries. Capsules/Tablets & Sublingual Products (subcategories) must fall under a new category, titled "Orals" in order to be legally compliant.
This feature:
- Add "Orals" category for all New York dispensaries (FL & NY only)
- Moves the following Subcategories under Orals:
Capsules/Tablets,Sublingual Products - Edibles category remains
