Dutchie Year in Review 2020
It was a big year for the cannabis industry, and all of our Dutchie retail partners. To celebrate, we brought together some of the most interesting (and fun) statistics about how their stores performed on Dutchie in 2020. Log into your account to check it out!
Dutchie Messaging (Unread Message Alerts)
When a new message is received by a retailers, a red alert notification will now show on the Admin side bar next to the Messaging feature until the message is read.
LeafLogix (Update Delivery Order Status)
Clicking the “Notify” button on a delivery order in LeafLogix will now cause the order in Dutchie to update to the "In Transit" status, and send an "Out For Delivery" notification text to the consumer.
Treez (Drivers License Sync)
Customers can now upload a photo of their driver's license at checkout, and they will pass-through to the customer profile on your Treez POS if no driver's license currently exists.
New SMS Opt-Out Language
We've improved the text messaging services we provide retailers and their customers by adding a new “opt-out message” to all texts sent by Dutchie.
"Respond with STOP to opt-out of status updates." is now at the end of all order status update messages.

Oregon edible purchasing limits
We've added new logic to use product weight to enforce purchase limits on both solid edibles and liquid edibles in the state of Oregon:
Solid Edibles (Net Weight) - 16oz for both rec and med
- Chocolates, gummies, baked goods, capsules, tablets, chews, hard candy, frozen treats, savory snacks, cooking/baking, and dissolvable
Liquid Edibles (Volume) - 72oz for both rec and med
- Drinks, tinctures, topicals
Washington edible purchasing limits
We've added new logic to use product weight to enforce purchase limits on both solid edibles and liquid edibles in the state of Washington:
Solid Edibles (Net Weight) - REC: 16oz MED: 48oz
- Chocolates, gummies, baked goods, capsules, tablets, chews, hard candy, frozen treats, savory snacks, cooking/baking, and dissolvable
Liquid Edibles (Volume.) - REC: 72oz MED: 216oz
