Features: 🏗 🏪

A new way to display specials on your menu

Promoting product specials on your menu is a great way to drive sales online, in fact, retailers who offer specials typically see a 30% increase in average basket size over those that don’t.

So we’ve made it even easier for retailers to convert more customers, and larger basket sizes with  Offers, a new way to create beautiful, high-converting specials that display on the menu. Learn more here.

Store settings (scheduled & after hours ordering)

While this setting has always been available to retailers by-request, we're now giving retailers more control to enable both after hours and scheduled ordering for their customers.

After hours ordering provides customers with the convenience to place their orders for the next business day, even if that location is currently closed.

Scheduled ordering provides retailers more control to customize the timing, and planning of their customers' orders, to balance in-store resources with customer demand.

New dimensions for Google Tag Manager

Previously, retailers using Google Tag Manager didn’t have a way to know which store the data they were receiving was coming from. With this release, we've added "Store Name" and "ID" as new fields so that your store can be identified in Google Tag Manager.

Fixes: 🏥 🩺

Rewards tooltip on iPhone 6/7/8

Previously on iPhone 6, 7, or 8, the Rewards Wallet tooltip was being cut off on the left hand side. We've now fixed this show properly now for mobile users.

Payment types - Toggling on/off resets options

Previously, when a payment type was toggled off, all of its previous settings would reset, causing user frustration having to re-update the settings every time. This has been fixed, so that if a payment type is toggled off, and then back on, it will keep its previously saved settings.

Pagination for the consumer specials page

Previously if over 100 items were part of a Special, only the first 50 items would appear on the Specials page. This fix adds a pagination component, allowing users to see all items falling under the Specials category simply by switching to the next page.

Chain admin redirect issues

Previously, if a user was logged in as a chain admin, and went to a page that they did not have access to they would get stuck in an infinite redirect loop. With this fix, the chain admin is redirected back to the chain home page.

Pickup/Delivery-time resetting at checkout

Previously, when a customer was in the checkout with a selected a pickup time, then changed their order type to delivery, they would be not required to select a time slot for their delivery, and the customer could complete their order. This fix ensures that when customer tries to complete their checkout without selecting a new time slot, they are prompted with the error banner “Please select a time for this order.”
